Our Return Promise
We stand behind our premium activewear and fashion-forward designs. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll gladly accept returns for store credit or exchange within 15 days of delivery. For refunds to your original payment method, please note a 10% restocking fee applies to keep our prices competitive for our global fashion community.
How to Return or Exchange
- Initiate Your Request: Email our style-savvy support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below to ensure we have all needed details.
- Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 2 business days with return authorization and instructions.
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the unworn, tagged merchandise in the original packaging if possible.
- Ship It Back: Send your return to our warehouse (address provided in approval email) using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Processing: Allow 3-5 business days for processing once we receive your return.

Refund Timeline & Methods
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Store credit: Issued immediately via email
- Refunds to original payment: Processed within 5-7 business days (10% restocking fee deducted)
Refunds will be issued via your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exchanges
For size exchanges on our premium activewear:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly indicate your desired replacement size
- We’ll ship your new item once the return is received (additional shipping charges may apply)
Note: Exchanges are subject to availability. If your desired size is out of stock, we’ll contact you with alternatives.
Final Sale Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items marked “Final Sale” on product pages
- Trend collection pieces purchased during flash sales
- Personalized or customized items
International Returns
For our global customers (excluding certain Asian and remote regions):
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Customs/duties fees cannot be refunded
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged or defective merchandise:

- Include photos of the damage/defect
- We’ll cover return shipping and expedite your replacement
